About Hale Muskoka
A Place to Gather. A Place to Belong.
A Place to Gather. A Place to Belong.Hale Muskoka is more than a destination — it's a feeling. Nestled on a historic 5-acre site in the heart of Gravenhurst, surrounded by towering pines and the quiet beauty of Ontario's cottage country, Hale was built on a simple belief: that the best moments in life happen when people come together in a place that feels like home.We are a market, a wedding venue, an event space, and a community hub — but above all, we are a gathering place rooted in the spirit of Muskoka.
Our Story
What started as a vision for a more natural, more connected way to experience the best of the region has grown into something we're truly proud of. At 1160 Bethune Drive in Gravenhurst, we've brought together local makers, growers, food vendors, and families to celebrate the seasons, support one another, and discover something new every time they visit.
From the Market Tent to the Grange, and now our landmark Barn — opening Spring 2027 — every corner of Hale has been thoughtfully designed to honour the landscape it sits within while creating a space that feels welcoming, alive, and distinctly Muskoka.
What We Stand For
Authenticity. We believe in real experiences — local produce, handmade goods, genuine hospitality, and spaces that reflect the natural world around them. The Hale Way isn't a script; it's a commitment to making every guest feel seen and at home.
Community. Hale was built with Gravenhurst in its heart. We're proud to champion local vendors, support regional growers, and create opportunities for the people and businesses that make Muskoka so special. When Hale thrives, the community thrives with it.
Connection. Some of life's most important moments happen here — a first dance, a family afternoon at the market, a long lunch with old friends. We take that responsibility seriously, and we put our whole selves into making those moments unforgettable.
Growth with purpose. We're a new venue, and we're proud of it. There's something exciting about being part of the beginning — watching an idea take shape, learning from every season, and continuing to grow in ways that reflect the values of the people who call Muskoka home.
